Employment Agreement

7. NONDISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION CONCERNING BUSINESS

Employee will not at any time, in any fashion, form, or manner, either directly or indirectly divulge, disclose, or communicate to any person, firm, or corporation in any manner whatsoever any information of any kind, nature, or description concerning any matters affecting or relating to the business of employer, including, without limitation, the manes of any its costumers, the prices it obtains or has obtained, or at which it sells or has sold its products, or any other information concerning the business of employer, its manner of operation, or its plans, processes, or other data of any kind, nature or description without regard to whether any or all of the foregoing matters would be deemed confidential, material, or important. The parties hereby stipulate that, as between them, the foregoing matters are important, material, and confidential, and gravely affect the effective and successful conduct of the business of employer, and its good will, and that any breach of the term of this section is a material breach of this agreement.

8. OPTION TO TERMINATE ON PERMANENT DISABILITY OF EMPLOYEE Not withstanding anything in this agreement to the contrary, employer is hereby given the option to terminate this agreement in the event that during the term hereof employee shall become permanently disabled, as the term “permanently disabled” is hereinafter fixed and defined. Such option shall be exercised by employer giving notice to employee by registered mail, addressed to him in care of employer at the above stated address, or at such other address as employee shall designate in writing, of its intention to terminate this agreement on the last day of the month during which such notice is mailed. On the giving of such notice this agreement and the term hereof shall cease and come to an end on the last day of the month in which the notice is mailed, with the same force and effect as if such last day of the month were the date originally set forth as the termination date. For purposes of this agreement, employee shall be deemed to have become permanently disabled if, during any year of the term hereof, becauseof ill health, physical, or mental disability, or for other causes beyond his control, he shall have been continously unable or unwilling or have failed to perform his duties hereunder for thirty (30) consecutive days, or if, during anyyear of the term hereof, he shall have been unable or unwilling or have failed to perform his duties for a total period of thirty (30) days, whether consecutive or not. For the purposes hereof, the term “any year of the term hereof” is defined to mean any period of 12 calendar months commencing on the first day of ______ and terminating on the last day of ______ of the following year during the term hereof.

9. DISCONTINUANCE OF BUSINESS AS TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

Anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, in the event that employer shall discontinue operation at the premises mentioned above, then this agreement shall cease and terminate as of last day of the month in which operations cease with the same force and effect as if such last day of the month were originally set forth as the termination date hereof.

10. EMPLOYEE’S COMMITMENTS BINDING ON EMPLOYER ONLY ON WRITTEN CONSENT

Employee shall not have the right to make any contracts or other commitments for or on behalf of employer without the written consent of employer.

11. CONTRACT TERMS TO BE EXCLUSIVE

This written agreement contains the sole and the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any and all other agreements between them. The parties acknowledge and agree that neither of them has made any representation with respect to the subject matter of this agreement or any representations inducing the execution and delivery hereof except such representations as are specifically set forth herein, and each party acknowledges that he or it has relied on his or itsown judgement in entering into the agreement. The parties further acknowledge that any statements or representations that may have heretofore been made by either of them to the other are void and of no effect and that neither of them has relied thereon in connection with his or its dealings with the other.

7. LARANGAN PENGUNGKAPAN INFORMASI MENGENAI BISNIS

Kapanpun Pihak kedua tidak diperbolehkan, dengan cara apapun, bentuk, metode, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung membocorkan, mengungkapkan atau membicarakan kepada siapapun, badan usaha, atau bekerjasama dalam metode apapun informasi apapun mengenai jenis, sifat, atau penjabaran mengenai segala sesuatu yang mempengaruhi atau berhubungan dengan bisnis pihak pertama, termasuk, nama-nama pelanggannya, harga-harga yang tidak berubah maupun yang telah ditetapkan, atau dengan harga dimana pihak pertama senantiasa menjual atau telah menjual produk-produknya, atau informasi lain apapun mengenai bisnis pihak pertama, metode pengopreasian bisnisnya atau perencanaannya, proses, atau data lainnya yang disebutkan diatas apakah dianggap rahasia, berharga, atau penting. Kedua belah pihak dengan ini menetapkan bahwa, antara kedua belah pihak, hal-hal yang telah disebutkan diatas adalah penting, berharga, dan rahasia, dan sangat mempengaruhi perilaku efektif dan sukses dalam memimpin bisnis Pihak I, dan setiap pelanggaran syarat-syarat dalam bagian ini dianggap sebagai pelanggaran penting dalam perjanjian ini.

8. PILIHAN UNTUK MENGAKHIRI PERJANJIAN CACAT SEUMUR HIDUP PIHAK II

Tidak menahan apapun dalam perjanjian ini, Pihak I dengan ini memberikan pilihan untuk mengakhiri perjanjian ini sekiranya selama syarat tersebut Pihak II dalam keadaan cacat seumur hidup , karena syarat ”cacat seumur hidup” selanjutnya ditegaskan dan ditetapkan. Pilihan tersebut akan harus dilaksanakan oleh Pihak I dengan memberikan peringatan kepada Pihak II melalui surat resmi, yang dialamatkan kepadanya dari Pihak I dengan alamat yang telah dituliskan diatas, atau alamat lain yang sebagaimana Pihak II sebutkan, ini dimaksudkan untuk mengakhiri perjanjian ini pada hari terakhir dari bulan dimana pemberitahuan ini dikirimkan. Dalam memberikan pemberitahuan perjanjian ini dan syarat tersebut dihentikan dan berakhir pada hari terakhir dari bulan dimana pemberitahuan ini dikirimkan, dengan kekuatan yang sama dan efek seolah-olah seperti hari terakhir dari bulan yang secara semula telah ditetapkan sebagai tanggal penghentian. Dengan tujuan dari perjanjian ini, jika terjadi Pihak II akan dianggap cacat seumur hidup selama tahun tersebut, karena cacat jasmani atau mental, atau penyebab-penyebab lain diluar kendalinya, ia terus-menerus akan tidak bisa atau tidak mampu atau gagal melakukan pekerjaannya kurang dari 30 hari berturut-turut, atau jika, selama tahun tersebut, Ia tidak bisa dan tidak mampu atau gagal melakukan pekerjaannya selama 30 hari penuh, baik berturut-turut atau tidak. Dengan tujuan tersebut, syarat “pada tahun tersebut” dimaksudkan untuk jangka waktu 12 bulan dimulai pada hari pertama ______ dan diakhiri pada hari terakhir______ pada tahun berikutnya dengan syarat tersebut.

9. KETIDAKBERLANJUTAN BISNIS SEBAGAI PEMUTUSAN KERJA

Apapun yang terdapat dalam perjanjian ini yang bertentangan, sekiranya Pihak I akan menghentikan pekerjaan yang berkantor di tempat yang telah disebutkan diatas, kemudian perjanjian ini akan dihentikan dan berakhir pada hari terakhir dari bulan dimana pekerjaan itu dihentikan dengan kekuatan yang sama dan efek seperti hari terakhir dari bulan yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tanggal penghentian.

10. PERJANJIAN PIHAK II MENGIKAT KEPADA PIHAK I DALAM IZIN TERTULIS

Pihak II tidak memiliki hak untuk membuat kontrak lain atau perjanjian lain untuk atau di kepentingan Pihak I tanpa ada izin tertulis dari Pihak I.

11. SYARAT-SYARAT PERJANJIAN YANG MENJADI EKSKLUSIF

Perjanjian tertulis ini berisi perjanjian tunggal antara kedua belah pihak, dan menggantikan setiap dan semua perjanjian lain antara keduanya. Kedua belah pihak menyetujui dan sepakat bahwa diantara mereka tidak mengajukan protes dengan hormat mengenai hal yang pokok dari perjanjian ini atau protes lain yang mendorong pelaksanaan dan pengiriman tersebut kecuali protes tersebut sebagai hal yang khusus yang telah ditetapkan, dan setiap pihak menyetujui bahwa kedua belah pihak mempercayakan kepada penilaiannya yang masuk dalam perjanjian ini. Kedua belah pihak menyetujui lebih lanjut bahwa setiap pernyataan atau protes-protes yang mungkin sampai sekarang telah dibuat oleh baik diantara mereka kepada yang lain adalah batal dan tidak berlaku dan tidak dari mereka bergantung dengannya atau berhadapan dengan yang lain sehubungan dengan itu..

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This agreement made and entered into this _____ day of _____., 20__, by and between ____ ("employer"), and ____ ('employee"). the parties recite that :

A. Employer is engaged in ____ and maintains business premises at ____

B. employee is willing to be employed by employer, and employer is willing to employ employee, on terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. for the reasons set forth above, and in consideration of the ____ mutual convenants and promises of the parties hereto, employer and employee convenant and agree as follows:

Employee shall additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by employer.
3. Manner of performance of employee’s duties
Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience and talent, perform all duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of employer. Such duties shall be rendered at the abovementioned premises and at such other place or places as employer shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of employer shll require or make advisable.
4. Duration of Employment
The terms of employment shall be ____ years, commencing on _____ , 19 __ and terminating ____, 19 __ , subject , however, to prior termination as otherwise provided herein.

5. Compensation, reimbursement.
Employer shall pay employee employee agree to accept from employer, in full payment for employee’s services hereunder, compensation at the rate of ____ dollars ($30.000) per annum, payable ____ in addition to the foregoing, employer will reimburse employee for any and all necessary , customary, and usual expenses incurred by him while traveling for and on behalf of the employer pursuant to employer’s directions.
6. Employee’s loyalty to employer’s interests
Employee shall devote all of his time, attention, knowledge, and skill solely and axclusively to the business and interests of employer. And employer shall be entitled to all benefits, emoluments, profits, or other issues arising from or incident to any and all work, services, and advice of employee. Employee expressly agrees that during the terms hereof he will not be interested, directly or indirectly, in any form, fashion, or manner, as partner, officer, director, stockholder, advisor, employee, or in any other form or capacity, in any other business similar to employer’s business or any allied trade, except that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prevent or limit the right of employee to invest any of this surplus funds in the capital stock or other securities of any corporation whose stock or securities are publicly owned or are regularly traded on any public exchange, nor shall anything herein contained by deemed to prevent employee from investing or limit employee’s right to invest his surplus funds in real estate.

Perjanjian ini dibuat dan ditandatangani pada hari ____ tanggal _____, 20__, oleh dan antara ____ ("Perusahaan"), dan ____ ('karyawan "). Kedua belah pihak menyatakan :

A. Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang ____ dan atasan yang bertempat di ____

Tunduk pada pengawasan dan sesuai dengan pesanan, saran, dan arah perusahaan, karyawan harus melakukan tugas seperti yang lazim dilakukan oleh orang yang memegang posisi seperti pembisnis lain atau perusahaan dari sifat yang sama atau serupa seperti yang terlibat dalam perusahaan. Karyawan harus memberikan tambahan layanan lain dan tidak terkait dan tugas yang mungkin ditugaskan kepadanya dari waktu ke waktu oleh perusahaan

3. Tata cara pelaksanaan tugas karyawan
Karyawan harus selalu dengan setia tekun dan yang terbaik dari pengalaman kemampuan dan bakatnya. Melakukan semua tugas yang mungkin diperlukan dari dan untuk dirinya sesuai dengan yang tersurat dan tersirat pada ketentuan tersebut dengan kepuasan yang wajar dari perushaan. Tugas tersebut harus diberikan sesuai tempat yang disebutkan di atas dan ditempat lain atau tempat yang diharuskan oleh perusahaan atau untuk kepentingan , kebutuhan bisnis, dan peluang kerjaakan meminta atau melakukan kelayakan.,
4. Jangka Waktu kerja
Ketentuan bekerja harus ada _____ tahun, dimulai pada _____, 19 ___ dan berakhir _____ , 19__, subjek, namun untuk pemutusan hubungan ditentukan terlebih dahulu sebagaimana dalam dokumen ini

Karyawan akan mencurahkan semua waktu, perhatiannya, pengetahuannya dan keterampilannya semata-mata dan secara ekslusif dnegan bisnis dan kepentingan perusahaan dan perusahaan berhak atas semua manfaat , tunjangan, laba atau hal lain yang timbul dari atau masalah untuk setiap dan semua pekerjaan, pelayanan dan rekomendasi karyawan. Karyawan menyatakan setuju bahwa selama perjanjian ini ketentuan dia tak akan tertarik langsung atau tidak langsung dalam bentuk apapun, fashion, atau perilaku sebagai mitra, pejabat, direktur, pemegang saham, penasehat, karyawan atau dalam bentuk lain atau kapasitas dalam setiap bisnis lain yang serupa dengan bisnis perusahaan atau perdagangan sekutu kecuali bahwa tidak tercantum disini harus dianggap untuk mencegah atau membatasi hak karyawan untuk berinvestasi semua kelebihan dana dalam modal saham atau surat berharga lainnya dari perusahaan yang saham atau efek umum yang dimiliki atau secara teratur diperdagangkan di bursa umum dan tidak ada terkandung disini yang dianggap mencegah karyawan dari karyawan berinvestasi atau batas benar berinvestasi kelebihan dana di real estate.

DISTINGUISH BETWEEN A FAMINE CHILD AND A CHILD ARTIST

PARANGTRITIS BEACH – YOGYAKARTA


Pantai Parangtritis adalah tempat wisata terbaik untuk menikmati sunset sambil having fun menaklukkan gundukan pasir dengan ATV (All-terrain Vechile) ataupun menyusuri pantai dengan bendi dalam senja yang romantis.

Pantai Parangtritis terletak 27 km selatan Kota Jogja dan mudah dicapai dengan transportasi umum yang beroperasi hingga pk 17.00 maupun kendaraan pribadi. Sore menjelang matahari terbenam adalah saat terbaik untuk mengunjungi pantai paling terkenal di Yogyakarta ini. Namun bila Anda tiba lebih cepat, tak ada salahnya untuk naik ke Tebing Gembirawati di belakang pantai ini. Dari sana kita bisa melihat seluruh area Pantai Parangtritis, laut selatan, hingga ke batas cakrawala.

Pantai Parangtritis sangat lekat dengan legenda Ratu Kidul. Banyak orang Jawa percaya bahwa Pantai Parangtritis adalah gerbang kerajaan gaib Ratu Kidul yang menguasai laut selatan. Hotel Queen of the South adalah sebuahresort mewah yang diberi nama sesuai legenda ini. Sayangnya resort ini sekarang sudah jarang buka padahal dulu memiliki pemandangan yang sanggup membuat kita menahan nafa

TAMAN MINI INDONESIA INDAH

Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) or "Beautiful Indonesia Miniature Park" (literally translated) is a culture-based recreational area located in East Jakarta, Indonesia. It has an area of about 250 acres (1.0 km2). The park is a synopsis of Indonesian culture, with virtually all aspects of daily life in Indonesia's 26 (in 1975) provinces encapsulated in separate pavilions with the collections of architecture, clothing, dances and traditions are all depicted impeccably. Apart from that, there is a lake with a miniature of the archipelago in the middle of it, cable cars, museums, a theater called the Theatre of My Homeland (Theater Tanah Airku) and other recreational facilities which make TMII one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city.

This idea to build the smaller scale of Indonesia was originally came from former Indonesian first lady,Siti Hartinah or best-known as Tien Suharto. The idea came out at a convention on 8 Cendana Street at March 13, 1970. Through this recreational site, she hoped more Indonesian people will have more national pride than before. The project called "Indonesian Miniature Project" was started by Harapan Kita Foundation in 1972. The concept of this culture-based recreational area was taken from the fact that Indonesia has unparalled richness and diversity from many different aspects.

TMII was originally located on a public area of 145 ha, as farms and fields. Later, the team was able to convert these fields into a suitable location for the construction. The topography of TMII is rather hilly, consistent with what the builders required. The team claimed the advantage of utilizing this uneven terrain was the ability to create interesting and diverse landscapes and enclosures, as well as reflecting the various characteristics of the Indonesian environment.
